EKU is proud to be a Chapter Member of SALUTE, the nation’s only honor society recognizing the service and the scholastic achievements of student veterans.

You may be eligible to join if you meet the following criteria:
Undergraduate Students
- Qualify as military/veteran student
- Currently enrolled and completed a minimum of 12 course credits
- Have a minimum overall GPA of 3.0
Graduate Students
- Qualify as military/veteran student
- Currently enrolled and completed a minimum of 9 course credits
- Have a minimum overall GPA of 3.5
Benefits of joining SALUTE
- A certificate and military-style challenge coin commemorating membership in SALUTE and specific level of academic achievement
- Wear SALUTE Honor’s regalia to demonstrate academic achievements as a veteran at graduation
- Compete for Scholarships
Invitations to Request to Join SALUTE Veterans Honor Society are emailed each Fall and Spring semester.
