The degree of individualized support and personalized learning surprised me about the EKU PPOTD program. This program is not about reading books and memorizing material. Instead, the focus is on learning how to lead and apply diverse, occupation-based, and evidence-backed critical thinking and reasoning to practice. Learning is a lifelong commitment; therefore, I knew I could learn a lot, but I did not realize how much I would change!
