If you’re on campus this summer, you won’t have to go far for a great meal. The following EKU Dining locations will be open Monday through Friday.
Stratton Café
Stratton Café offers a full salad bar, deli, sandwiches, a home cooking station and more.
Summer Hours:
- Monday through Friday – 6:15 a.m. to 10 a.m. (breakfast) and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (lunch)
Starbucks
Starbucks is the world’s favorite coffee shop. Stop in, have a drink and a meal, and get some work done on your laptop.
Summer Hours:
- Monday to Thursday – 8:00 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Java City
Java City is a great place to get work done on your laptop or enjoy great conversation. You can also use flex instead of cash!

- Monday to Thursday – 8:00 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Case Kitchen
Case Kitchen will be only be open for lunch during EKU’s New Student Orientation.
