Student Life and First-Year experience is able to offer room reservations across campus for our Registered Student Organizations.
To access the Fall 2024 Room Reservation Request, please follow the instructions below:
• Log into your EKU Engage Account (https://eku.campuslabs.com/engage)
• Click the 3-line icon in the top left corner of the home page
• Select “forms”
• Start a new 2024 Fall RSO Room Reservation Request

Un-Freezing Your RSO (Missed Re-Registration)
Access the form needed to begin the process of Un-Freezing your RSO. Please note that forms are reviewed during the first full week of every month, and once reviewed, you will have 30 days to complete updates.
