2024 Spring Commencement

Congratulations Spring 2024 graduates! We celebrated 2,217 graduates during three commencement ceremonies on Friday, May 10th. Classmates, friends, and families gathered in Alltech Arena at The Kentucky Horse Park to honor graduates from EKU’s six academic colleges. Among the top awarded degrees were occupational science, aviation, nursing, psychology, and criminal justice. Notably, 39% of the class of 2024 became the first in their families to attain a higher education degree. The 2024 Spring graduates hail from 20 countries, 47 states, and 104 Kentucky counties, ranging in age from 19 to 73. Degrees awarded include 213 certificates, 47 associate degrees, 1,552 bachelor’s degrees, 377 master’s degrees, 14 post-master’s certificates, and 14 doctoral degrees. Graduates — welcome to the Eternal Colonels family; we wish you the best in your future endeavors!
