Cammack Classroom Room Reservation Form

Please use this form to submit a request to reserve a Cammack Classroom. Once submitted, requests will be emailed to schedule.reg@eku.edu.  Registrar scheduling staff will respond to request as soon as possible.

You can add up to three dates on this form. For additional scheduling, please fill out a new form.
