  • PSY 200, BIO 171 and 301, STA 215 and HSA 200
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Health Science Reasoning Test

Doctorate in Occupational Therapy

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Science from EKU
  • G.P.A. of 3.0 or higher
  • Health Science Reasoning Test
  • 3 Letters of Recommendation
