The Eastern Kentucky University Master of Arts in Teaching is designed for those who already hold a bachelor’s degree and seek a career change to make a difference in the lives of children. Depending on the subject, Kentucky certifications can be earned in grades 8-12 (secondary), 5-12, or Primary-12. With the “Option 6” Kentucky certification and our graduate-level program, you can earn your teacher certification and begin teaching while enrolled in classes.
