- Ming (“Mindy”) Zhang (she/her) is an advanced practicum student at the Eastern Kentucky University Counseling Center and a fourth-year PhD candidate in Counseling Psychology at the University of Kentucky. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Bucknell University in 2019, with minors in statistics and music. Mindy also holds an M.S.Ed in Counseling and Mental Health Services (2020) and an M.Phil.Ed in Professional Counseling (2021), both from the University of Pennsylvania. She adopts an integrative approach in therapy, grounding her practice in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Her professional interests include supporting international students, addressing cross-cultural adjustment issues, and treating anxiety, depression, and trauma. In her spare time, Mindy enjoys cooking, singing, and doing jigsaw puzzles.
