The Occupational Safety bachelor’s degree program at Eastern Kentucky University prepares you for the varied careers available in the safety and health field. It will provide you with a broad knowledge of all the issues faced by safety professionals. 

 

​There are several bonuses to completing the program:

      • Graduates are qualified for the Graduate Safety Practitioner (GSP) designation since the Occupational Safety Program was deemed to be a qualified Academic Program (QAP) by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP). Visit here for more information on the GSP.
      • Graduates are qualified for the Institute of Safety and Health Management’s Associate Safety Health Manager (ASHM) designation.*

This will help make you a more well-rounded, and marketable, safety professional.
