EKU’s Employee Day of Service

On Friday, Aug. 9, Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) hosted its annual Employee Day of Service. Faculty and staff joined together to prepare the Campus Beautiful for students to arrive for the upcoming academic year. Service activities included planting and mulching flower beds, painting and campus clean up. EKU’s Move-In Day and traditional Big E Welcome festivities begin next week, with fall semester classes starting Monday, Aug. 19. Every effort by employees contributes to the vision of the Campus Beautiful, maintaining EKU’s commitment to providing the best campus environment for students.
