Minor in Sociology

A minor in sociology can provide students with a broad knowledge base and research skills that can widen job opportunities in a rapidly changing economy. Students will learn about modern social structure and its institutions, including politics, economics, religion, media, and family. Students can work with their advisor to customize SOC courses to satisfy the requirements for the minor.

A minimum of 18 credits are required for this minor.
