Minor in Computer Electronics Technology

The minor in computer electronics technology prepares students for technical level work in computer related areas, with typical job responsibilities include maintaining, installing and administering computer systems and networks. The minor consists of six classes dealing with electricity and electronics, digital electronics, microprocessor control systems, PC troubleshooting and construction, LANs and PC communications, and either microcomputer and network security or programmable logic controllers.

A minimum of 18 credits are required for this minor.
