This form is used for any type of Justice, Safety, and Military Science course override. You do not need an appointment to request a course override. Please complete this form and an administrative professional will contact you regarding the override.

Advising appointments can be scheduled for the following: 

• Scheduling course changes
• Registering for classes/ RAC Number
• Advising (Changing Major, Adding Minors, etc.)
