This form is used for any type of Justice, Safety, and Military Science course override. You do not need an appointment to request a course override. Please complete this form and an administrative professional will contact you regarding the override.
Advising appointments can be scheduled for the following:
- Scheduling course changes
- Registering for classes/ RAC Number
- Advising (Changing Major, Adding Minors, etc.)
