Student Success
Student Success, Engagement, and Opportunity provides student support services and programming throughout the student enrollment life cycle. Organized around two main areas: Enrollment Management, and Retention and Graduation, and three “direct report” units, University Advising, Career and Co-Op, and First Year Courses, SSEO helps students blend their quest for academic knowledge with the development of life skills through experiential learning and engagement activities.
The Vice President for Student Success, Opportunity, and Engagement guides a student-centered, forward thinking, innovative and collaborative unit, assisted by the Executive Directors of Enrollment Management and Retention and Graduation, who strive to recruit, retain and service an expanding and more diverse student body.
The Directors of University Advising, Career and Co-Op, and First Year Courses report directly to the Vice President, while serving the needs of students across campus.
