Find Your HR Business Partner & Generalist


HR Business Partners work with assigned colleges or administrative areas to establish and implement HR strategies, initiatives, and activities that foster effectiveness and efficiency, while also aiding in recruitment, motivation, and retention of talented employees for EKU.

Business partners also help deliver HR services in areas such regarding full-time faculty & staff employment, compensation, employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and training & development.

HR Generalists manage the daily operations for student employment (undergraduate and graduate assistants), part-time faculty employment, seasonal and temporary staff, and EKU’s Volunteer Program.

Generalists also assist employees with web time entry questions, leave approver updates, and new hire paperwork/onboarding.
