All student packages and USPS mail (letters) will be delivered to the EKU Mail Services Center
Students will receive an automated email sent to their EKU email address on file only if you receive a package and/or USPS mail
Packages and USPS mail will be available for you to pick up for 14 calendar days, Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM.
If you have not picked these up by day 15, any letters or packages not collected will be Returned To Sender.
EKU Mail Services Center will not have information or visibility to mail or packages in which the delivery carrier delivered outside our mail room
Student Package Lockers
EKU Mail Services provides shared lockers for students to retrieve packages securely and conveniently. We will automatically send an email to your EKU email address when a package has been placed in the lockers. The email will include the location of your locker (either the EKU lockers or Big E lockers) along with your single use code.
When approaching the lockers, ensure no one is blocking the locker doors. Either swipe your card (MAROON CARDS ONLY), tap your card app to the card reader, scan the QR Code ( DO NOT TOUCH SCREEN) in your email or enter your 6 digit codes on the touch screen. Collect your package and shut the door completely.
Important Information
If you have multiple packages to collect, you will have one email for each package
Collect the package, close the door, and tap the blue locker on the screen for each package you have
The codes can only be used once
If for any reason the door closes before your package is retrieved, please contact EKU Mail Services inside the center or by phone 859-622-1905 for technical assistance
General questions can be emailed to EKUMail@eku.edu
Packages not picked up from the locker within 24 hours will be returned to EKU Mail Services and held for collection for 14 calendar days.
Delivery confirmation from the shipper does not imply the package is ready.
