There are a few ways you can connect your EKU email to your mobile device. This article will show you these different ways and help you decide which way works best with you.
Outlook App
There is a standalone app for Outlook in both the IOS and Android app store. You can sign in with your EKU credentials once the App is installed and your EKU emails should sync up quickly.
IOS App Store
Open the Outlook for iOS app on your iOS device
Select Add Account to add one of your existing email accounts, or Create New Account if you want to create a new Microsoft account
If you select Add Account, enter your email address, and follow the prompts to authenticate the account
Outlook may detect and pre-select your email account. Tap Continue to add that account or tap Skip to enter the email address of a different account, and then enter your password and follow the prompts.
If multi-factor authentication is enabled for your email account, follow the instructions to verify the account
Android App Store
Open the Outlook for Android app on your Android device
Select Add Account to add one of your existing email accounts, or Create New Account if you want to create a new Microsoft account
If you select Add Account, enter your email address, and follow the prompts to authenticate the account
Outlook may detect and pre-select your email account. Tap Continue to add that account or tap Skip this account to enter the email address of a different account, and then enter your password and follow the prompts.

Outlook for Mail App (iPhone)
You can set up your outlook account on the iPhone Mail as well. Follow the steps below to complete that setup.
Go to your iPhone or iPad’s Settings > scroll down and tap Apps > Mail > Mail Accounts >Add Account
Select Microsoft Exchange
Enter your Microsoft 365, Exchange, or Outlook email address and a description of your account. Tap Next. Then tap Sign in.
Enter your EKU email account password. Tap Sign in or Next.
The Mail app may request certain permissions. Tap Accept.
Choose the services you want to sync with your iOS device and tap Save. You’re done!
