Annual Performance Evaluation begins each September and concludes in May. This process is an essential communication tool that allows employees to gain direction and supervisors to gain assurance. Further, this process emphasizes employee engagement as well as the strategic priorities and guiding values of the University and its strategic plan.

The recruitment portal serves as a one-stop solution for managing various aspects of hiring, including reviewing, and editing job descriptions, posting job opportunities, and recruiting excellence. Through the portal you can create and modify job descriptions to ensure they accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities required for each position. The recruitment portal provides tools to manage candidate applications, track recruitment progress, and communicate with potential hires.

Onboarding


The onboarding portal helps new employees acclimate to EKU as an Employer of Choice. Through this portal, new employees learn about the EKU’s mission  and culture as well as important information pertaining to compliance and efficiency. Our goal is for new employees to be set-up for success from day one! We additionally recommend reviewing the New Employee page.
