Housing: Report a Maintenance Issue

IMPORTANT: When filling out the ‘Description’ field, please be as detailed as possible with the issue that you are facing. For example, if one of the lights in your room is out, please write the location of the light and which light is out in your room. (i.e. The light closest to the window on the right wall is out.)

Step One

Log into the Housing Portal

Step Two

Go to the Main Menu by clicking the Three Lines

Inside the Main Menu you will see the link for Maintenance.
Click on New Job.
Compete the Work Order Request under General and click Save Job.
Click “Save” on the upper right corner of the window to submit your request.

Step Three

You’re done! It is that simple!
