Central Stores

Items stocked by Central Stores may be viewed through the Jaggaer Central Stores Hosted Catalog.

Central Receiving

EKU Central Stores, which is responsible for all freight delivered to EKU, makes an effort to keep on hand some commonly used items, such as custodial supplies, paper, envelopes, shipping supplies (tape & labels) and tools.

To purchase from Central Stores the following procedure should be followed:

  • A Banner access form must be completed and approved for each individual who needs to process requisitions. Each individual is assigned an operator ID number, password, and must attend Banner F01 and Banner F04 training classes.
  • The Banner Central Stores Requisition (FSAREQN) is entered and completed by the ordering department. Central Stores has final approval for all requisitions.
  • Departments may check the status of their order by accessing Document History Form (FOIDOCH) in Banner or calling Central Stores.
    Upon receipt of the ordered items, departments must check and sign the Issue Ticket to be returned to Central Stores.
  • Departments should maintain a listing of all Requisitions Numbers assigned to their orders. A requisition number should be referenced when inquiring about an order.

From I-75 North:
Take exit 87 and turn right onto Highway 876 Eastern By-pass/Barnes Mill Road. Turn left at the 7th stop light onto Roy & Sue Kidd Way. Turn right at the next stop light onto Paul Van Hoose Drive. Follow Paul Van Hoose Drive until you see Neal Donaldson Service Complex. Turn right between two buildings. The building on the right is Larry O. Martin Building which houses Central Stores.

From I-75 South:
