Budgeting & Financial Planning

The mission of the Budgeting and Financial Planning is to serve in a coordinating role for university-wide planning efforts, carrying out these functions with professional, timely and balanced analyses of data, processes and choices. We are dedicated to serving academic and administrative units as a planning partner, providing the tools, knowledge and analysis needed to operate in conjunction with the University’s goals.

E&G Budget Revision Request
E&G budget revisions must be submitted via the Expenditure Transfer form available from Accounting & Financial Services.

Activity Code Request Form
Student Fee Request Form
Submit new fee requests and changes to existing student fees, excluding professional liability insurance. To initiate changes to PLI fees, contact budgeting@eku.edu.

Composite Fringe Rates
Please note composite fringe rates may be adjusted at any point during the fiscal year, as actual benefit costs are evaluated. We strive to align the budget rates with the expenses, in an effort to maintain a fair representation of actual costs.
