12 – 15 Fall Break – Halls do not close. Front desks have reduced hours.
November
27 10:00 a.m. – Halls close for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Information about staying over the holiday to come soon. Front desks are closed for the break.
December
1 10:00 a.m. Halls Open from Thanksgiving Holiday. Front desks resume normal hours for finals week.
2-5 Finals Week – 24-hour quiet hours are in effect. Students are expected to leave for Winter Break 24 hours after their last finals.
7 10:00 a.m. Residence halls close for Winter break. Information about staying over the break to come soon. Front desks are closed for the break.
3:00pm – All fall 2024 graduating seniors must be checked out from the residence halls.
Spring 2025
January
19 10:00 a.m. Residence Halls Open for the Spring 2025 semester. Front desks begin normal operating hours.
21 5:00pm – Check-in deadline for all returning and new students for spring 2025. For late return/check-in, contact our office at 859-622-1515.
March
15 10:00a.m. – Halls close for Spring break. Information about staying over the break to come soon. Front desks are closed for the break.
23 10:00am – Halls Open from Spring break. Front desks resume normal hours.
May
12-15 Finals Week – 24-hour quiet hours are in effect. Students are expected to leave for summer 24 hours after their last finals.
17 10:00 a.m. Residence halls officially close for summer 2025. Hall closing information will be posted around the building and RAs will conduct community meetings.
17 3:00pm – All spring 2025 graduating seniors must be checked out from the residence halls.
Summer 2025
May
18 10:00am – Residence halls open for summer 2025 classes.
TBD Students staying for summer 2025 will transition into their summer assignment.
July
TBD Summer students continuing living on-campus for fall 2025 will relocate to their fall 2025 assignment,
August
8 10:00am – Residence halls close for summer 2025. All students not living on-campus for fall 2025 must be checked out from the residence halls.
