Overview

Building on the University’s continued goal of cultivating leadership skills in faculty, and aligning with the annual Provost’s Leadership Institute held each spring, the Provost’s Faculty Leadership Program establishes a sustained effort to build experience and capacity among current and aspiring leaders. The Provost Faculty Leadership Program recognizes that, as faculty members advance in their careers, learning through experience (often referred to as experiential learning) is a valuable opportunity to gain new leadership, management, and collaboration skills.
