This weekly drop-in group offers a supportive environment where you can learn valuable tools to enhance your emotional resilience and well-being. Grounding Techniques are skills to help us stay present and centered. Crisis skills help us navigate overwhelming situations. Mindfulness strategies help us cultivate awareness and reduce stress. This is not a group to process or discuss details of traumatic experiences but a space to learn and practice (if you so choose) types of skills to work towards healing.
