Our Staff Helps Students and Families in These Situations:
We support and advise students during a crisis or challenging situation.
We guide students to resources that assist with their educational and personal development.
We assist families with urgent situations when their students cannot access information.
We notify instructors of student absences due to a crisis or emergency. In these situations, students will have to meet with a member of our staff and may be asked to provide documentation. We notify instructors to confirm, but not excuse, reasons for absences. It is the student's responsibility to follow up with instructors regarding their policy for missing classes, assignments, etc.
