Rank 1 FAQ's

Q: "I am attempting to register for courses, but how do I do this/I am unable to do this".

Q: “I am attempting to register for courses, but how do I do this/I am unable to do this”.

A: There a few reasons you may be unable to register for courses. To achieve a Rank 1 Certification, you must be admitted to EKU’s Graduate School, you can apply HERE. If you are registering for a term that is DIFFERENT than the term you were admitted, you will need to contact EKU Graduate School and request admission deferment for the term you are attempting to register for.

If you have been admitted to EKU’s Graduate School, but are unsure how to register, follow these steps:

1. Login to MyEKU by clicking OneLogin at eku.edu, if you do not know your EKU email/password, contact EKU IT (859) 622-3000.

2. Under the “Registration” tile, click “Register”.

3. When registering, the “Subject” code refers to the THREE LETTER PREFIX of the course you are registering, for example: for COU 802, COU refers to the subject and 802 refers to the “Course Number”.

4. To add the course, click “Add.”

5. Once you have added all the courses, click “Submit”.

Please note: If you encounter any issues with registering, you may require an override. An override request can be submitted through your MyEKU page, under the “Registration” tab, by clicking “Override Request Form”.
