The following table gives the dates that students may begin early registration for classes.(*)
Permission for early registration is based on class as determined by earned hours combined with in-progress hours. New transfer students may register based on the number of completed credit hours as received by EKU on official transcripts.
Fall 2024
| February 26, 2024 | Course Schedule Advising officially begins for Undeclared/Exploratory students in the Office of Academic and Career Services. |
| March 4, 2024 | Colleges begin advising of students with Declared Majors. |
| March 27, 2024; Beginning at 7:30 a.m. | EKU Graduate students, Seniors with 90 earned hours may register (in-progress hours will not count toward the 90 hours) |
| March 28, 2024; Beginning at 7:30 a.m. | EKU Graduate students, Seniors with 90 earned hours, Designated Populations may register |
| March 29, 2024; Beginning at 7:30 a.m. | EKU Graduate students, Degree-seeking Post Baccalaureates, all Seniors (including rising seniors), Designated Populations may register |
| April 1, 2024; Beginning at 7:30 a.m. | EKU Graduate students, Degree-seeking Post Baccalaureates, all Seniors, Designated Populations, Juniors (including rising juniors) may register |
| April 2, 2024; Beginning at 7:30 a.m. | EKU Graduate students, Degree-seeking Post Baccalaureates, Seniors, Designated Populations, Juniors, Sophomores (including rising Sophomores) may register |
| April 3, 2024 Beginning at 7:30 a.m. | All Continuing Freshmen may register. Student Life and First Year Experience will partner for an event. Check Engage for more details! |
| April 4, 2024: Beginning at 7:30 a.m. | All Visiting Students, Non-Degree Undergraduate, Non-degree Post Baccalaureates, and High School Special students may register. Previous populations may continue registering. |

- Spirit Groups
- Honors Program Students
- Veterans and Members of Military Service
