Faculty should submit Mid-Term Grades for full term classes, via the Faculty Web, by midnight of the Sunday of the 8th week of the full semester, (Mid-Term Date of full term classes). See note regarding weekend terms for exceptions. Note: a student who has withdrawn should NOT be given a Mid-Term Grade.
Courses which last less than the full semester are scheduled within a specific Partial Semester Term. Dates and information below is given per TERM, or PARTIAL TERM, and not per individual sections or class. Withdrawal and mid-term dates are prorated for these terms, with some short courses, (e.g. 2-wk and weekend classes), mid-term grades may not be appropriate.
