Dr. Travis Walkowiak is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Eastern Kentucky University. He earned his Ph.D. in Marketing at Michigan State University. Customer relationship management, service experiences, and customer loyalty are the central themes of his research portfolio. His research has been published in the Journal of Business Research, the Journal of International Marketing, and the Journal of Services Marketing.
Dr. Walkowiak has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in both online and in-person formats. He has had more than 500 total students. He has taught a range of marketing courses, including Introduction to Marketing, Quantitative Business Research Methods, Marketing Analytics, and Statistics Review for M.S. in Marketing Research students. Based on student reviews, he has been recognized for his performance in the classroom, receiving the Stanley Hollander Award for Excellence in Teaching in 2016, 2019, and 2020.
