Dr. Amir Naderpour is an Assistant Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management at Eastern Kentucky University. He earned his PhD in Management Science-Operations Management from The University of Texas at Arlington.
With a background in Manufacturing and Production Engineering, Dr. Naderpour gained practical experience in the supply chain of the automotive industry prior to starting his academic career. He teaches courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels that include Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, and Supply Chain Planning.
Dr. Naderpour is an active researcher. His research interests include various facets of operations and supply chain management, with an emphasis on sustainable supply chain management and operations, supplier selection, and data-driven research within the OSCM field. He is a member of the Production and Operations Management Society, Decision Sciences Institute, and Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences.
