2018 Hall of Distinguished Alumni Award
Ms. Jeri Isbell is an experienced human resources executive, finance and accounting executive, and community leader. She has over ten years of experience as vice president of human resources at Lexmark International, with significant experience in and a passion for employee development and mentoring, executive succession planning, diversity, and inclusion. Isbell possesses over seven years in finance and accounting, serving as the U.S. controller and vice president of finance for the largest division and serving on the Kentucky State Chamber Board, the National GEM Consortium Board, and The Nature Conservancy Kentucky Chapter Board.
She has been elected to the board of directors of Atkore International, serves on the audit committee, and is chairperson of the Compensation Committee. She also serves on the board of directors for SiteOne Landscape Supply in Roswell, Ga., the U.S.’s largest and only national wholesale distributor of landscaping supplies. Her duties include the compensation committee and the nominating and governance committees.
Her love of service to the community runs deep. She has also served on the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Kentucky Judicial Compensation Commission, Lexington Catholic High School Board of Directors and Finance Council, Catholic Diocese of Lexington Finance Council, and the YMCA of the Bluegrass.
Isbell enjoys travel, hiking, kayaking, and golf. She has three grown children and one grandson.
