Dylan Cundiff joins Eastern Kentucky University as the Program Coordinator for the Risk Management and Insurance (RMI) department. Originally from Kentucky, Dylan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employer relations, career services, and higher education, with a core ability to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical industry applications. Dylan is also completing a Master of Business Administration at Eastern Kentucky University and is set to graduate in the Fall of 2024. Over the past few years, he has served as a Job Location & Development Coordinator at Eastern Kentucky University and an Enrollment Counselor at Cornell University, excelling in connecting students with job opportunities and guiding them through academic processes.

Dylan’s passion for Eastern Kentucky University is deeply rooted in his positive experiences as a student and his dedication to helping current students succeed. He is particularly excited to work in the RMI department because of his interest in Risk Management and Insurance and his desire to enhance student engagement and program growth. Dylan’s confidence in his ability to help the RMI program by leveraging his experience in student services and career development to create more opportunities for students and connect them with industry professionals is a testament to his belief. Dylan enjoys sports, especially basketball, and loves music outside his professional life. He is committed to continuous learning and self-improvement and looks forward to contributing to Eastern Kentucky University’s success and supporting its students’ development.
