A week into March 2020, every business in the world became a start-up again – having to identify new customers, new products, evaluating their market position, developing their supply and value chains, in an economy rocked by a pandemic. 

For those that have taken advantage of the CARES Act, EKU and CEDET wants to add a layer of support by providing technical assistance, subject matter experts, for small business owners and entrepreneurs. Dr. Qian Xiao

Dr. Qian Xiao – Strategy  Qian Xiao is Associate Professor of Management at the Eastern Kentucky University. She received her PhD in Management from University of Alabama. Her research has been presented at both national and international meetings and has been published in journals such as Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business and Entrepreneurship, Journal of Education for Business, International Journal of Healthcare Quality Assurance, etc. Her teaching covers topics of management and strategy. She teaches both upper level undergraduate courses and MBA courses.
