Dr. Weiling Zhuang

Dr. Weiling Zhuang earned a doctoral degree in Marketing from Louisiana Tech University and is the Professor of Marketing and MBA Director at Eastern Kentucky University. He teaches various marketing courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels that include Dynamic Marketing Management, Consumer Behavior in Marketing, Marketing Research and Analysis, Experimental Design for Marketing, and Management Science.

Dr. Zhuang is an active researcher. He has published in the Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Journal of Services Marketing, Journal of Product and Brand Management, Journal of Service Theory and Practice/Managing Service Quality, Management Research Review, Journal of Selling, Journal of Teaching in International Business, Journal of Internet Commerce, Journal of Further and Higher Education, among other journals. He serves on the editorial review board for the Journal of Service Theory and Practice. He also serves as the reviewer for the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Marketing Theory and Practice, and Management Research Review, among other journals.

Dr. Zhuang has served on different service committees and workgroups such as the Business Core Review Team, College Curriculum and Assessment Committee, College Executive Council, University Diversity and Inclusive Excellence Monitoring Committee, and EKU Faculty Senate Committee. Dr. Zhuang is a member of the Academy of Marketing Science. He received the University Diversity Award and Faculty Advisor Award for Student Winning Excellence in Entrepreneurship Competition and the  Robert B. Rogow Excellence in Research and Scholarship award.
