I want to thank Dean Martin and the EKU College of Business leadership team for the opportunity to continue the outstanding work of PGA Golf Management. I also want to thank outgoing Director Kim Kincer for her nearly 20 years of work in EKU PGA Golf Management. She has been my teacher, mentor, and colleague for many years, and I am thrilled to be able to continue building on the program’s success that she worked so hard to achieve.”

After completing his undergraduate education, Mr. Caviness began his career as an Assistant Professional at Marriott’s Seaview Resort & Spa in Galloway, New Jersey, working in several positions, including Tournament Coordinator and Golf Sales Coordinator. Throughout his career, he has spent time at Doral Resort & Spa in Miami, Florida, and Red Sky Golf Club in Wolcott, Colorado.
