EKU’s Marching Colonel for a Day program provides high school students the opportunity to perform with the Marching Colonels at Roy Kidd Stadium during a home football game. This event is open to all high school marching band members.
Due to increased costs, we are asking for a fee of $10 per student. This will include commemorative swag for the student, food prior to game and after half-time, and complimentary tickets for parents and band directors. You can access the online payment portal after you register, or directly by using this link.

- Download the apps from your app store.
- Sign in to UDB and Beam: Ensemble codes and passwords are automatically emailed to you after you register for the event.
- In Beam, download your parts, and practice Americano, Born this Way, and Bad Romance in the Show 6 – Lady Gaga Show You do not need to learn Poker Face. You can also practice the Stands Tunes setlist so you can play with us in the stands!
- In UDB, wait until November 11, 2024 to see the drill. Select an open HSB (band) or HSP (percussion) number. This will allow you to look at the drill. This will not be your specific spot, but will give you an overview of what the drill will look like.
